Online Camping Form

USE this camping online entry form ONLY if you plan to pay online via PayPal. An invoice will be sent after the form is received and reviewed with a small Paypal convenience fee added. Do NOT use this form if you plan to mail in a check. If you are entering a WAG trial as well - please do so concurrently with your camping request.

All Camping reservations are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email after processing of your form, PayPal fees have been received and verification of available space.

All campers must send in a reservation form AT LEAST 10 DAYS in advance of the event – this includes tent campers & those camping in passenger vehicles overnight. Friday night campers please do not arrive prior to 2PM unless otherwise notified – Sunday night campers please vacate by Monday 10AM –(Sunday night campers may not be hooked up to generator – please inquire)

Final email confirmations are sent out early the week of the event including details on your assigned space and more details you will need to find your camping location.

RV Camping with electric and water hookups (no sewer service available) $35.00 per night RV Camping space without power $15 per night – Tent/car campers $5.00 for the weekend. Dry camping in a car/van is allowed so long as you do not take up a larger than normal passenger vehicle spot. You must still send in the form to be allowed to stay on site. There is a summer shower available on site.

This online form can be used for a WAG sponsored shows or another show at the facility sponsored by another organization. Please be sure to identify this in the online form.

Once you click on “submit” above your camping form will be sent to the WAG office and a copy of what you submitted will be forwarded to you also for you to review. The process of getting your PayPal invoice is not “automatic”. So, please be patient and know you will receive an email invoice from WAG/PayPal when they have generated it. After you receive your PayPal invoice and have paid it – you will receive a camping confirmation with your assigned spot. The camping confirmations are NOT sent immediately. They are usually sent early the week of the event you are camping at.

PayPal Convenience Fees are added to the total cost of the camping fees and entry(s) if applicable and a bill for the total amount will be emailed. Your request is not processed or confirmed until after the total entry fee via Paypal is received.
