WAG NADAC ONLINE ENTRY – March 21-23, 2025

Please review the premium for further details on the show before you fill out the online entry form. Many questions can be answered by doing so.

USE this online entry form ONLY if you plan to enter this event and pay online via PayPal. An invoice will be sent AFTER the form(s) is received and reviewed for the entry with a small PayPal convenience fee added. 
Do NOT use this form if you plan to mail in a check or utilize a gift certificate.

Please answer the question(s) regarding the number of dogs you are entering and whether you are planning on camping at the top of this entry form so that your paypal invoice will reflect all the costs for your entry. Be sure to read the instructions below the form on how to process multiple dog entries.

Once you click on submit above your entry will be sent to the trial secretary and a copy of what you submitted will be forwarded to you also.  The process of getting your PayPal invoice is not “automatic”.  So, please be patient and know you will receive an email invoice from WAG/PayPal when the trial secretary has generated it.  After you receive your PayPal invoice and have paid it – the trial secretary will get you entered and an official show confirmation will be emailed out to you.  Be sure to review it.  If you are entering multiple dogs or adding camping – read below.

DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (Please Read)

If you are entering multiple dogs - after you have submitted your 1st entry you will receive an email copy of your entry form. You can immediately send in the remaining dogs entries by filling out the same form for each subsequent dog and submitting the form. Please do so as soon as possible so they can be processed as a group. Also, if you are planning to request RV camping ONLINE click on the camper at the right to take you to the Online Camping Form

PayPal Convenience Fees are added to the total cost of the entry (s) and Camping if applicable and a bill for the total amount will be emailed. Your Entry and Camping request are not processed or confirmed until after the total entry fee via PayPal is received.
