CPE Nationals Parking Pass Request

Do you need a parking pass?

The answer is yes if any of the following apply:  You are entered as an exhibitor (verified) at the CPE Nationals. You are a vendor at the Nationals. You wish to obtain a parking pass to visit an exhibitor at the Nationals. You are camping in an RV and have another vehicle you are bringing in.


If you are a dedicated worker, member of the national’s crew, or a confirmed camper – you will receive your parking pass direct from WAG and you do NOT need to fill out this form.


You have two ways to request your Parking Pass.   The cost for the Parking Pass is $7.00 and it covers the entire event.  You may fill in the form below and hit send to request your pass via email. You must immediately follow up with your payment for your pass by clicking on the PayPal parking pass payment link. After receipt of both the email and paypal payment – you will receive a note that your parking pass request is received and verified. If you do not wish to request your Parking Pass via email – you may click on the link at the bottom to take you to a form you can print and mail in.

 Parking passes that are paid and verified will be sent via EMAIL ONLY – starting May 1st. Do not lose it and be sure to have it visible on your dash as you come into WAG.  Parking officials will be at the gate to check for parking passes and help direct you.  Please be ready and cooperative.  Follow their instructions so we can get everyone on site and situated quickly. Parking passes are not refundable after they have been issued.


Visitors requesting a parking pass must fill in the name of the exhibitor they are coming to see. They will also be emailed a rules and liability form to read, agree to and return before they are confirmed for a visitor parking pass.
