Please answer the question(s) regarding the number of dogs you are entering and whether you are planning on camping at the top of this entry form so that your paypal invoice will reflect all the costs for your entry. If you are entering multiple dogs - after you have submitted your 1st entry you will receive an email copy of your entry form. You can immediately send in the remaining dogs entries by filling out the same form for each subsequent dog and submitting the form. Please do so as soon as possible so they can be processed as a group. Also, if you are planning to request RV camping ONLINE click on the camper at the right to take you to the Online Camping Form

PayPal Convenience Fees are added to the total cost of the entry (s) and Camping if applicable and a bill for the total amount will be emailed. Your Entry and Camping request are not processed or confirmed until after the total entry fee via PayPal is received.
